Where It’s At: Tom Ford Sunglasses

Sunglasses are a summertime necessity. Looking chic, also a necessity. Tom Ford meets both those demands with his awesome eyewear. The designs are both stunning and functional; the workmanship, uncompromising; the price, practically prohibitive…but the value is worth every cent.

Each style is so current yet enduring, each pair so expertly crafted. We love the vast array of aviators, but our fave is the ‘Whitney’ wide frame, with cross-over bridge and cut-away lenses, in black.

The Whitney, $380, is amazingly comfortable with its oversized frame and floating lenses which are durable beyond belief: if you drop them, the lens pops out and the frame absorbs the shock.

Plus, the shape of the lens is so convex, leaving plenty of room for false eyelashes and Latisse users alike while looking terminally cool in the upcoming heat.
