Gianni Bini’s pink leather mule features a matte, satin upper, is lined with a robust rouge footbed and embellished with a giant, shiny, perfectly-ripe cherry ornament on top! Playful indeed. I can see these heels looking adorable with a little red dress, or even worn casually with jeans and a fuzzy sweater. Throw on a few ropes of pearls and you’re set for almost any eventuality! Featuring a delicate stiletto kitten heel, you’ll be ready for a standing ovation when you partner them with an all-black ensemble and top it off with a red hat and a hot pink pedi! So chic, it’s picture perfect.
Boden sells the most darling, chisel-toe ballet flat for $190, with an irreverent poppy-red heart print and yes, you guessed it, more bows!
Heart-shaped purses are so popular now that they almost seem cliche. Almost. Until I spotted Betsey Johnson’s newest arrival, the ‘Stole My Heart’ mirrored crossbody bag in red metallic, above and below. This petite, structured bag is just big enough to stash your most imperative essentials. FYI: it also comes in a silver mirrored finish and there’s a white one that’s covered in little pearls, too. But the crimson is the one that, just as the name implies, stole…my…heart!
This little bag reminds me of a Judith Leiber purse, but at a fraction of its $1,295 price tag. This one is actually affordable! It’s only $118. If that seems steep, remember that you can wear this heart every year come February. It’s worth the investment.
