Oh, my…I am seriously infatuated with this gorgeous lipstick red ostrich leather purse by Akris, $4,800 from Saks Fifth Avenue.

The foldover trapezoid silhouette is like origami for your arm. Do you know what the little dots on the leather are?

They are actually the natural markings of where the ostrich’s feathers were situated on the skin, sorta like a hair follicle.
