Celebrity Esthetician Kate Somerville Reveals Top Skingredients for Luminous Skin

I was so excited to see Kate Somerville, esthetician to the stars, on QVC last night. I’m using her products with stellar results. There’s nothing on the market like them. They deliver an immediate Red Carpet glow, leaving your skin baby soft, velvety and poreless.

Chlorophyll

This potent green liquid is one of the cheapest routes to skin vitality. Kate told me that chlorophyll is “beyond superfood,” and I can certainly vouch for that. After just three days my skin took on an unparalleled glow. Simply put 3-5 drops in every liter of water you drink, Kate told me, and watch your skin change right before your very eyes!

Chlorophyll is what makes green vegetables green; it aids in the delivery of oxygen to the skin and is great for improved intestinal health. In addition, it boosts energy levels and even combats bad breath!

One word of caution, though: this stuff is a very rich deep green and can permanently stain, so be careful!

Probiotics

You’ve probably heard about probiotics lately, and Kate recommends them to all her clients. Probiotics aid digestion and help remove impurities. I like Natren Healthy Trinity probiotics. They are a little pricey but worth it. Keep them refrigerated for maximum potency. That way you can make the most of the live cultures and their benefits.

Omega Oils
